You know who you are and we know what you like to eat.  The delicious taste of our beef is perfect for any occasion with friends or if you prefer to enjoy it quietly while having some “me” time. Either way, we got your back!  Scholze Farms offers you the finest cuts of grass-fed beef.  We selected the Tomahawk Ribeye with bone for a Cowboy steak along with a variety of choices for you to try.  Enjoy discounted rates on steaks and roasts as part of this package.  It includes steak, roast, chicken, ground beef and more.

Feel free to Create Your Own (CYO) box, mix and match products and quantities as you please.  Our goal is to help you create a selection to your liking that you can change time and again to match your taste.  The package you build is going to be around a 5-10 Lbs. meat box and it will satisfy your family’s needs.  Select a minimum of 5-10 pieces (it could be 5 items each quantity 1 or  multiple items with a total quantity of 5-10). Order as often as you like and give us some feedback because your opinion matters.

  • Tomahawk Ribeye Steak

    A true cowboy steak. Exciting to prepare and grill, but very delicious to eat 2.5-3Lbs. pure grass-fed beef.

  • Rump Roast

    Perfect for easy meals our 3 lb rump roasts make for great beef sandwiches and other lean protein packed meals.

  • Flat Iron Steak

    Flat Iron steak is cut from the shoulder and is marbled nicely.  Size ranges from 1-2 lbs.

  • Stew meat

    With potatoes, carrots and onions.... YUM!

  • Soup Bones

    Large meaty soup bones, minimum 1lb each.

  • Premium Beef Jerky

    One the road or while on a back of a horse, this premium beef jerky is super delicious.

  • 1/4 lb Hamburger Patties

    Add your hamburgers because it is always handy on a busy day. 4 patties (1/4 Lbs. each) in this 1 Lbs. vacuum sealed package.

  • Ground Beef

    1 Lbs. of delicious ground beef individually wrapped in a compact sleeve.
