What makes you different from other meat delivery companies?
What sets us apart from the other meat delivery services is that we do not source our beef! All of the beef you purchase from us has been raised right here on our third-generation farm, with careful growing practices that guarantee a healthy, nutritious, and delicious product. This is truly farm-to-table, and you can rest assured that none of our beef is sourced from anywhere else. Other meat services are known to source their product from various locales, including overseas. We’ve been raising happy cows since 1949 and guarantee that our locally-produced meats will exceed your expectations!
How do I order and pay for your products?
The best option to place an order with us is on our website. Just browse and add your favorite items to your cart; pay with our user-friendly checkout service, and your product will be delivered within 1-2 business days.
In addition, if you are local to the Humbird area or just want to visit our farm store, you are welcome to call or email to place an order and pick up on the farm. Large orders such as whole and half beef are on-farm pickup only.
We offer convenient ways for you to pay for your order online. We accept all major credit cards, Amazon pay, Google Pay and Apple pay. And for orders $100 or more, we also offer Sezzle which allows you to place an order as normal, but make 4 interest-free payments.
Do I need a subscription to buy your meat?
A subscription is not needed, but it is an option if you would like your beef boxes delivered to you on a regularly scheduled basis. We just ask that you register with us at checkout so we are able to process your order correctly, and deliver it to the correct address every time you order.
If you do choose to start a subscription with us, you can cancel at any time – no questions asked.
What cuts of meat are available?
If it’s on the hoof, you can get it through us! Every USDA-approved cut is available either online or as a special order. We offer premium cuts including filets, ribeyes, New York Strips, and Tomahawk steaks; any roast cut you can imagine, ground beef, snack sticks and brats, and the less-common cuts including oxtail, soup bones, and delicious organ meats.

In addition to our farm-raised beef products, we work together with several local farms to provide high-quality chicken, pork, and lamb items as well.
How many pounds of meat come in your curated boxes?
Our beef boxes average 8-12 pounds of meat cuts – but you have the option to adjust the quantity as needed for you and your family. If you wish to adjust your box order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to make adjustments.
Is your beef grass-fed?
Our beef is grass-fed as much as possible, and spend all of the warmer months on our 200 acres of pasture. During finishing and winter months, our cattle receive mixed rations that finish them perfectly for the great taste and marbling you expect from quality beef.
How do you package my meat box for safe delivery?
All of our items are flash-frozen at the time of butcher, and kept frozen through the delivery process. Each box is shipped with ample recyclable insulation, and packed on dry ice to ensure a safely delivered product. The amount of dry ice is sufficient to keep your product frozen even if your package is left unrefrigerated between delivery and the time you arrive home to unpack it. Do you charge shipping?
For orders over $70, shipping is included to clients in the following states: Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota. See our ship to Map. Shipping to other states (except Alaska and Hawaii) is now available, with shipping costs calculated based on the ship-to address. Please see our shipping section for more details.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
Our products are generally shipped on Tuesday, and arrive approximately 24-48 hours after shipment. This is planned to avoid weekend deliveries, and maximize on-time delivery for you.
Upon ordering, you will receive a tracking number for your reference as well.
Can I add more products to my monthly delivery?
Absolutely, you can “beef up” your order any time you’d like!
Can I change how often my package is delivered? Or reschedule my delivery?
Yes, you decide how frequently you want to receive your orders. You can skip a delivery if you prefer, or reschedule. Just contact us at least 48 hours in advance with changes you want to make, and we will adjust and email you a confirmation. If a shipment has not left our facility, you are welcome to cancel your delivery as well.
Do you have a refund policy?
If you are dissatisfied with your delivery for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. We may provide you a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for that item. Due to the perishable nature of the product, we do not offer exchanges. We may require the return or photographic documentation of any item with which you are dissatisfied before we provide you a credit or refund. If you are dissatisfied with any non-food product you purchased, you may return the product within thirty (30) days of the date you received the product by contacting us and following the shipping instructions we supply. All returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. After we receive your returned product, we will issue you a refund for the price you paid for the product (less any applicable shipping and handling charges).
At the end of the day, we want you to be happy with your order and will do whatever we can to make that happen.
