We are the Farm! Truly, no middlemen or brokers or anything else. This website is our meat box subscription and delivery to your house business. It is our cattle that our family has been well raising and well caring for; for generations since 1949. Our cattle is born and raised stress-free on our Wisconsin farm so we, and our veterinarians, track each and everyone of them. Our cattle freely roam our 200+ acres of pasture; that is why our meat is tender and full of the natural delicious flavors of fresh beef.
What does this mean to you, to your family and ours? Safety! When you buy our products, you know the source of the meat you and your children are consuming. We feed our families the same meat.
You know what you want; healthy, delicious and a variety of cuts of meat for reasonable prices. We know our meat; our cuts are sized generously so you get better value all around. When you buy direct from us, you are getting delicious, healthy USDA inspected and approved meat products from our farm delivered directly to your home.
What makes you different from other meat box delivery companies?
The difference is that we know exactly where our meat is coming from because we do not source our beef, it is our own cattle; born and raised stress free on our farms. We wonder, how much they really know about the meat they sell you to feed to your family. Scholze Farms is the farm and we provide you with healthy, nutritious and delicious quality meats and steaks delivered directly from our family’s farm to your family’s table.
Do I need a subscription to buy your meat?
You do not need a subscription to buy our meat. We would like for you to register with us so we make sure we process your orders correctly and deliver it to your correct address every time you order from us.
If you decided to have a subscription, then we guarantee that we will not increase the prices for the duration of your subscription. Yes, this is our commitment to our customers with a subscription. With prices going up, we face the same challenges you do, but we honor our commitment to you for being one of our subscribers; prices and quality are guaranteed.
By the way, you can cancel your subscription anytime. No questions asked. Just let us know what you want and we will make it happen!
How do I order your products?
You always can call us during business hours. Or you can just choose what you want from our online store. You can add individual products to your shopping cart and specify the quantity you want. You can also select one (or more) of the curated boxes and beef shares that we create from time-to-time as suggestions for you. This means, you can place individual orders as you please or you can subscribe and receive the same order every month for as long as you sign up for. You can always change the contents of your box.
What cuts of meat are available?
We are the Farm! So every part of the beef approved by the USDA is available to you. To name a few, we offer premium cuts of steaks, Ribeye, New York Strip, Filet Mignon, Tomahawk steak, Sirloin, flank and skirt steaks and beef brisket, roast, ground beef, beef Sticks, beef wieners, bratwurst, soup bones, oxtail, delicious and nutritious origin meats; like liver, kidneys. heart, ….etc.
If you can’t find it on our website just call/contact us and we will make sure you will get it. As respectful ranchers of our animals, we want to use/sell all parts of our cattle and not let anything go to waste. So please feel free to ask us for any and all the choices that you want.
We also offer chicken, pork products, seasoning and salts from neighboring farms.
How many pounds of meat come in your curated boxes?
We figured 8-12 pounds per box but you can change it to make it bigger or smaller. We want to work with you to deliver to you the right amount of meat that you and your family need to stay active and healthy.
Is your beef grass-fed?
Yes, It is grass-fed. It is raised roaming our Wisconsin pastures and its feed is free from any hormones or additives.
How do you package my meat box for safe and cold delivery?
First of all, each item is vacuum packed and sealed individually in your meat box for maximum freshness and easy storage. The meat box contains insulation material appropriate for food safe and cold keeping during delivery. We also add the appropriate amounts of dry ice in every meat box to ensure your package gets delivered to you safely and cold. In fact, we made a video about boxing your order. Do you ship my order free?
For orders over $70, shipping is included to clients in the following states, Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota. See our ship to Map. Shipping to other states (except Alaska and Hawaii) is now available , shipping costs will be calculated based on the ship to address and zip code on the check out page. And how long does it take to deliver my order?
We aim for 24-48 hours delivery from the time we ship the order. We plan our shipments so it leaves on a specific day of the week from our facilities. This way, we avoid weekend deliveries and maximize the chances of getting you your product on time without any courier delays. You do not need to be home during the day to receive your package because we have enough dry-ice in our boxes to keep it frozen until you get home in the evening.
Can I add more products to my monthly delivery?
Absolutely, you can beef-up your order any time you want. 🙂 pun intended.
Do you provide tracking information for my shipment?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number to track your package.
Can I change how often my package is delivered? Or reschedule my delivery?
Yes, you decide how frequently you want to receive your orders. You, in fact, can skip a delivery if you want or reschedule your delivery. Just contact us at least 48-hours in advance with changes you want to make and we will make these changes and email you a confirmation.
Can I cancel my delivery?
Yes you can for shipments that have not left our facilities.
Do you offer gift boxes?
Yes, we will send the box you want to your favorite uncle or niece (or anyone else you want). For no extra charge, we will include a nice hand written card with the wording you choose. Alternatively, you can purchase one of our gift cards and we will provide you with a secure code to use the card for products from our website or in-store purchases. You can give the code to any person you choose. Gift cards are tagged to the first subscriber using the code and it is tracked up to the dollar amount identified on the card and they never expire. There are no fees for purchasing our gift cards.
We also create boxes and bundles for different holidays and occasions. Birthdays, New Year’s day, Memorial day, Veterans day, Mothers day, Fathers day, 4th of July, labor day, President’s day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Our beef brisket is a hearty, warm, and delicious meal to serve during Hanukkah and Eid holidays.
How do I pay for my orders?
We offer convenient ways for you to pay for your order online. We accept all major credit cards, Amazon pay, Google Pay and Apple pay. And for orders $100 or more, we also incorporated Sezzle into our payment system; where you can place your order to be delivered on-time but you get to breakdown your balance into 4 payments, interest free. Find Sezzle on our checkout page and decide if it is the right choice for you.
Do you have a refund policy?
Yes we do. Basically, If you are dissatisfied with your delivery for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. We may provide you a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for that item. Due to the perishable nature of the product, we do not offer exchanges. We may require the return or photographic documentation of any item with which you are dissatisfied before we provide you a credit or refund. If you are dissatisfied with any non-food product you purchased, you may return the product within thirty (30) days of the date you received the product by contacting us and following the shipping instructions we supply. All returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. After we receive your returned product, we will issue you a refund for the price you paid for the product (less any applicable shipping and handling charges).
