Farm to Table Beef Made Simple
Pasture-Raised Beef From Our Wisconsin Farm
We're two brothers who are third-generation farmers on our dairy in central Wisconsin. Both of us moved away from the farm before we realized farming was in our blood - and we returned to the operation in 2010.

Pasture Raised Beef
During the spring, summer, and fall months, our animals are on pasture and rotationally grazed, which ensures they're on fresh pasture nearly every day. They always have access to shelter and fresh water, and are raised in small groups - never overcrowded. In the winter they are moved to appropriate housing that gives them shelter from the winter weather but still have access to outside exercise lots as desired.

We Never Source Our Meat
Our beef are raised from birth to finish, right on our farm. They are in open-air barns until they are big enough to be out on pasture during the warm months, at about six months old. They enjoy sunshine and green grass daily. Fresh grass and fresh feed means you can taste the difference!

Local Processing & Shipping
We work with a small, local, USDA inspected, butcher, Crescent Meats in Cadott. Beef is dry aged for 14 days, it is than hand cut, vacuum packed, and flash frozen to lock in freshness and to deliver to you the freshest possible beef.
